Returns & Refunds

The client reserves the right to withdraw by returning his/her products purchased via this online store. However, such returns must be requested no later than ten (10) days from the date of shipment. The return must bear the proof of shipment date and courier's stamp. The user/client will remain responsible for all shipping costs related to the return request.

There are necessary conditions should the user/client wish to exercise his/her right to withdraw, the first being the need to provide adequate justification. Returned products must also be sent back in their original unused condition, unless the problem was only detectable upon opening and/or using the product. Products must still be sealed in the original packaging, without any damage, and must be accompanied by the complete original documentation.

The user/client remains eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within five (5) days from the date on which the company receives the returned products. The refund amount will be credited using the account/payment method which the initial payment was made through. If the purchase was made using cash, the money will be refunded via e-banking to an account specified by the customer upon request for a refund.

If products are shipped and delivered outside the European Union, the user/client accepts that the e-shop holds no obligation for costs involved with or related to customs duties, fees, taxes, etc. The e-shop will also not be held accountable for any additional charges faced by the respective authorities. The client remains liable for any additional charges incurred.
